E-kits provide increased capacity and extended lubrication intervals with a lube cycle of 50 – 250 hours. This is achieved by providing an improved seal and roller bearings design, which results in a longer life cycle. E-Kits are interchangeable with other cross and bearing kits in Weasler series as well as standard cross and bearing sets in the market. This means that a Weasler PTO drive shaft with E-kits can still be upgraded to M-kits. PERFORMANCE BENEFITS • Extended lubrication cycle of 50 to 250 hours. • Interchangeable with standard cross and bearing kits available in the market. • Easier grease access through the guard, no need to remove guard. • Higher torque capacity and longer life reduces downtime – avoid costly cross and bearing kit replacements. DESIGN FEATURES • Larger roller bearings for added durability in demanding applications. • High temperature, triple lipped seal keeps grease in and contaminants out. • A bright orange seal with grease fitting makes it fast and easy to find an E-Kit. • E-Kits are interchangeable with all standard cross and bearing kits and available for all series. Plus – standard kits can easily be upgraded to E-Kits. • Manufactured with high quality steel for increased strength.
