AB5,AB6 series trilobe profile tube, clearance for uncoated tube

Tubes serve as a metal cylindrical encasement for a shaft within a given PTO drive shaft, and provides supplemental reinforcement to the drive shaft. Tubing is available in both domestic (North American) and metric profile shapes. Domestic tubing is provided as square, rectangle, or round. The Weasler Profile product line includes metric and tubing available in both German and Italian styling: German style provided as lemon or star in shape and Italian as trilobed in shape.

6 series yoke with round with 2 keyways bore and setscrew connection

PTO drive shafts end with an implement yoke, it is the final connection between the PTO drive shaft and the machine or implement connected to the tractor. Weasler implement yokes are provided in a variety of bore and mounting options. Bore options include square, rectangle, hexagon, round and spline. Standard yoke connection options are set screws and pins. Additional implement yoke connection options include torque limiter flage yokes, telescoping yokes (square, round, and hexagon), and clamp yokes.

Weasler 802-3520 35N Series Yoke

35 series yoke with round bore and pin connection

Weasler yokes are made to withstand robust conditions, and engineered for a precise fit. Weasler’s Shear Pin Yoke features a pin (bolt) that extends through the yoke and if broken during operation will spin. The compact, efficient design disconnects the power source from the drivetrain when overload occurs and helps prevent the generatation of damaging torque spikes or heat. Once the operator replaces the bolt, the machine can be restarted.

PERFORMANCE BENEFITS Implement overload protection. Minimal maintenance. No damaging heat generation for higher productivity. Repeatable overload disengagement setting. Smooth disengaged operation, no damaging torque spikes. Reduces possibility of damage.

Shaft yokes (or inner profile yokes) connect the cross and bearing kits to the telescoping shaft or inner tube.
