AB6,AW22 series yoke with round bore and pin connection

Weasler yokes are made to withstand robust conditions, and engineered for a precise fit. Weasler’s Shear Pin Yoke features a pin (bolt) that extends through the yoke and if broken during operation will spin. The compact, efficient design disconnects the power source from the drivetrain when overload occurs and helps prevent the generation of damaging torque spikes or heat. Once the operator replaces the bolt, the machine can be restarted.

PTO drive shafts start with a tractor yoke, the leading connection between the the tractor and the driveline. Weasler provides four types of Tractor Yokes: auto-lok, safety slide lock, spring-lok and quick disconnect. All yokes are compliant with ANSI/ASABE AD5673, ANSI/ASABE AD5674, ANSI/ASABE S604 and EN12965. For lawn and garden applications, specialized auto-lok and spring-lok yokes are available in addition to a male spline yoke. Agricultural tractor yokes are offered in 1 3/8″ 6-spline (type 1), 1 3/8″ 21-spline (type 2), and 1 3/4″ 20-spline (type 3) options to fit the specific tractor connection needed. Optionally 1 1/2″ 8-spline and 1 3/4″ 6-spline options are available. Lawn & Turf tractor yokes are offered in 1″ 10-spline and 1″ 15-spline.

Shaft yokes (or inner profile yokes) connect the cross and bearing kits to the telescoping shaft or inner tube. Tube yokes (or outer profile yokes), connect the other cross and bearing kits to the opposite side of the telescoping shaft or outer tube. Weasler provides both domestic (North American) and Weasler Profile metric shaft and tube yoke connection options. Domestic yokes are provided as square, rectangle, hexagon or splined in shape.
