Weasler yokes are made to withstand robust conditions, and engineered for a precise fit. Weasler’s Shear Pin Yoke features a pin (bolt) that extends through the yoke and if broken during operation will spin. The compact, efficient design disconnects the power source from the drivetrain when overload occurs and helps prevent the generatation of damaging torque spikes or heat. PTO drive shafts end with an implement yoke, it is the final connection between the PTO drive shaft and the machine or implement connected to the tractor. Weasler implement yokes are provided in a variety of bore and mounting options. Bore options include square, rectangle, hexagon, round and spline. Standard yoke connection options are set screws and pins. Additional implement yoke connection options include torque limiter flage yokes, telescoping yokes (square, round, and hexagon), and clamp yokes.

Tubes serve as a metal cylindrical encasement for a shaft within a given PTO drive shaft, and provides supplemental reinforcement to the drive shaft. Tubing is available in both domestic (North American) and metric profile shapes. Domestic tubing is provided as square, rectangle, or round. The Weasler Profile product line includes metric and tubing available in both German and Italian styling: German style provided as lemon or star in shape and Italian as trilobed in shape.

R-Kits are standard and offer a high-quality lube cycle of 8 hours which is acceptable for many applications. R-kits and E-kits are interchangeable for all available Weasler series as well as with standard cross and bearing sets in the market. This means that a Weasler PTO drive shaft with R-kits can still be upgraded to E-kits or M-kits. Lubrication cycle of up to 8 hours. A black seal with grease fitting makes it fast and easy to find a P-Kit.

E-kits provide increased capacity and extended lubrication intervals with a lube cycle of 50 – 250 hours. This is achieved by providing an improved seal and roller bearings design, which results in a longer life cycle. E-Kits are interchangeable with other cross and bearing kits in Weasler series as well as standard cross and bearing sets in the market. This means that a Weasler PTO drive shaft with E-kits can still be upgraded to M-kits. PERFORMANCE BENEFITS Extended lubrication cycle of 50 to 250 hours. Interchangeable with standard cross and bearing kits available in the market. Easier grease access through the guard, no need to remove guard. Higher torque capacity and longer life reduces downtime – avoid costly cross and bearing kit replacements. DESIGN FEATURES Larger roller bearings for added durability in demanding applications.
